Warranty Policy

This policy summarises warranty handling for products supplied by TFPPS. It does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

Coverage

Unless a quotation, supplier warranty or product document states a different period, TFPPS warrants supplied goods against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery.

For third-party branded goods, the applicable manufacturer or distributor warranty may apply in addition to any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

What TFPPS May Do

If a valid warranty claim is accepted, TFPPS may repair, replace, resupply, credit or refund the affected goods at its discretion, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

Assessment may require photos, batch numbers, installation details, operating conditions, failed parts returned for inspection or supplier/manufacturer review.

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect selection, incorrect installation, unauthorised alteration, normal wear, contamination, chemical incompatibility, corrosion from unsuitable service conditions, poor storage, abnormal operation or failure to follow datasheets, SDS documents, manuals or written instructions.

Coating performance depends on surface preparation, mixing, application, cure conditions, service media and site environment. TFPPS is not responsible for coating failure caused by application or service conditions outside the approved product requirements.

Insurance Note

TFPPS intends to maintain appropriate public liability cover for its operations as the business structure and policy placement are finalised. Insurance details can be confirmed in writing for approved customer or project requirements.
